(1) Once the amount paid for your subscription by you or your partner or any other person is received in the account of "Film Industry Creation", that amount will not be refunded to you or the person who has paid that amount will also not be refunded.

(2)Bahujan cinema doesn't provide refunds for subscription payments, partial months, or unwatched content. Subscriptions will automatically end at the end of the billing period after cancellation.

(3)When you cancel your subscription, it will end at the end of the billing period.

(4)The OTT subscription is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be considered if the customer is not satisfied with the OTT. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed. OTT shall be subscribed on registered mobile number or email id as per You Broadband records.
